The WOD Handbook was developed as not every WOD written on a website or whiteboard made immediate sense to us. We searched everywhere for workout illustrations, but we couldn't find any anywhere in the world. So we decided to create "The WOD Handbook" to help others that would like to have a visual reference of WOD's that they could then flick to any page and understand the movements involved.

The human brain processes visuals 60,000 times faster than text and 90 percent of the information transmitted to the brain is visual. So creating a visual reference made perfect sense to us.
